29/10/08 Blogging from Milan

Its 1246Hrs now just back from some "drystore" shopping and iam gonna head out for lunch followed by some shopping and sight seeing with my colleagues! Figured since its free access to the wireless network in this hotel (The Chendi Milan Hotel) ill just spent this few minutes to update some stuff!

Its my 1st time in Europe the flight alone is killer 13 1/2 Hrs... boy was i deadbeat by the time we landed @ round 6 in the morning. The weather here is not too bad its like 10-12degs but its has been raining recently hence when its about noon time its freezing... every breeze brings a chill down the spine i tell ya! Anyway this is the best looking hotel ive checked into in my entire life! (wonder if ill ever see the "BEST")

I was still able to bring yself to do this crappy pose haha self entertainment ha! and so its was ff to bed for a few hours of sleep before we head out for lunch and it was at this neighbourhood pizza and pasta place per dish is round 7Euros Pizzas at like 5-6Euros not too bad i would say. The only problem i was starting to face was most of the citizens here dont speak english so that where a communication barrier kicks in BAH!

OK its 1pm ive gotta head down to the lobby to meet the gang ill probably continue when i get back tonight. CYA!

Spring cleaning before Perth

My desk is so in a mess and i figured it was time to get rid of stuff that has been rotting away... its interesting the kinda things one finds when he does spring cleaning, its like a part of memory hidden away in a time capsule and being stumbled upon by its forgetful owner. Heres what i found!

Mags that kept me occupied while i was in the army, yes there are a few reasons why guys get FHM and here are mine haha to keep myself updated on a friends FHM "Girl next door" progress. Shiryn (lady on the left of the pic) i think she deserves a win!

HOME! and iam darn tired right now... did some shopping and sight seein =) WWEEeee...but iam gonna head to bed now tired! brb

...After 8hours of solid sleep....

K! iam awake and now its time to blog! so i was Radisson, by the time i got there it was already pass midnight

(the room is one of the few interesting hotel rooms ive been to so far oh and theres a speaker in the toilet that connected to the TV hence you can sing your heart out while in the shower along with whichever chineses song thats on TV - Epic fail for me) but the guys on the same level (Leo, Tiff, Simon) had other ideas instead of sleeping haha! we stayed up up till 3+ chatting the night away feasting on salted nuts and red wine WEIRD but surprisingly its not a bad combination. Learned alot of insight from my colleagues that night =)

A few hours later.... got up @ 0830 wash up and out i went to shop with Trina. We took a cab down to this "shopping complex" OK i cant read whats written you guys figure it out. we got there kinda early and it was not opened yet so she accompanied me to breakfast and we went for a lill walk before heading back to shop. The place i huge level 1-3 sells clothes 4- souvenirs and 5 is a food court (ill never order spaghetti ever again... SO OILY!) We met each other again @ 12.30 and by then i had already spent almost the entire bulk of my money! on what? well... heres the list of stuff i got: Heroes season 1&2, 3 x DVDs, Nelly Furtado CD a Jacket for winter and FOOD! ok that does not sound alot hmm...

After Lunch, Trina and I made a trip down to the "Birds nest stadium" yes thats right the Olympics place! *Happy* no regrets for the both of us i tell ya cause its really a sight! Cam whores in action man... there were alot of people there and thats not all we even had Ducks! haha man the place is HUGE! btw entry to the stadium is like 50RMB which works out to be like $10Sgd. Here are some of the pics we managed to snap! Spent quite sometime there...
